Policies + Shipping


ALL orders are shipped out 1-2 days AFTER purchase (not including shipping time). We are not responsible for any delays of shipping due to USPS. 
**We offer different methods of shipping, which you can choose at checkout:**
NEW! With us moving to Florida, we decided to offer FREE Pick-Up/Delivery!
We will deliver your ears to any DISNEY WORLD RESORT!
If you would like to Pick-Up your ears at our house, we are located 2 miles from Magic Kingdom!
If you choose Delivery/Pick-Up please message us right away so we can schedule a time!

Domestic Shipping:

    USPS Priority Mail
        Deliviery in 1,2, or 3 business days
    USPS Priority Mail Express
        Overnight deivery to most U.S. locations

International Shipping:

    USPS First-Class Package Internation Service
        Delivery time based on destinations
    USPS Priority Mail International
        Delivery in 6-10 business days 


While we do put extra care into making sure the ears are well protected during shipping, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen products once in the hands of USPS.

**Please make sure all information is correct before ordering as we cannot alter it once it has been placed (includes shipping addressee)**

Broken/Repaired Items:

After 15 days from ordering we are not responsible for any broken ears/ears left in hot cars. IF ears are returned for repair before the 15 day time limit, buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. If buyer has a pair of ears that reaches above the 15 day mark, buyer will be responsible for ALL shippings costs plus a 15.00 fee for each ear needed to be repaired.
